Vivian L. (Crossgrove) Shelton, 89, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away Sunday, June 20, 2021 at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville.
The daughter of Arthur and Beulah (Luckenbaugh) Crossgrove, she was born April 15, 1932 in Kirksville. In 1962, in Arizona, she was united in marriage to Millard “Doc” Shelton, who preceded her in death in October of 1983.
Vivian was also preceded in death by her parents and sister, Anita Shelton.
She is survived by three sons, Dave (Yong) Shelton of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Tom Shelton of Corpus Christi, Texas, and James Shelton of Kirksville; two brothers, Dale (Evelyn) Crossgrove of Novinger, Missouri and Roger (Joey) Crossgrove of Salem, Missouri; two sisters, Bonnie Harrelson of Brashear, Missouri, and Glenna (Ed) Pigg of Hurdland, Missouri; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Brashear Community Bible Church in Brashear, Missouri, with Roger Crossgrove presiding.
