Loise Loretta Gunn, 55 years old, of Green City, Missouri, passed away Thursday, June 3, 2021 at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, Missouri.
Loise was born August 9, 1965, in Brookfield, Missouri to Hamilton Eugene Little I and Linda Lee (Stout) Little. On December 11, 2006 she married Matthew Winston Gunn, he preceded her in death in 2018. She was also preceded in death by her father and a grandchild in infancy. Loise is survived by her mother, Linda Little of Brookfield; a daughter, Vanessa Little of Green City; three grandsons, Alejandro Medrano, Gabriel Medrano, and Isaiah Little; a brother, Hamilton Eugene Little II and wife Kim of Waverly, Missouri; two sisters, Linda Lorraine Little of Brookfield and Lucy Lou Loucks and husband Bobbie of Laclede, Missouri; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Loise grew up and graduated high school in Brookfield. She then moved to Shelbina where she lived for 18 years and worked at Salt River Nursing Home. In 2004 she moved to Milan, and moved to Green City in 2015. Loise enjoyed sewing in her earlier years and coloring. She loved to sit outside and talk and be with her family.
Loise’s wishes were to be cremated and a memorial visitation will be held at a later date.
